Services in advance

Needs assessment

At the beginning of a project, we analyze the existing mobility offerings and structures. Which providers and infrastructures exist and can be further used or expanded? It is particularly important to identify locations with existing or expected future demand in order to identify potential for a targeted and efficient expansion of the offering.

Participation workshop

A workshop brings all the people, authorities, and companies involved together to get them excited about the project. This exchange promotes communication and collaboration throughout the project. Depending on requirements, specific objectives can be focused on and targeted solutions developed. The results are collected systematically and presented clearly.

Strategic mobility planning

Sustainable mobility planning looks beyond the city limits and takes into account both future needs and the changes that the city will experience in the coming years. We work closely with external partners and experts to develop innovative solutions that meet the requirements of the future.

Services design development

Preliminary concept

In the first design phase, we develop design ideas based on the specific requirements. These are visualized in the form of simple illustrations and initial visualizations to give a first impression of the concepts. We then present these results to the client in order to gather feedback and agree on how to proceed.

Design Concept

A concrete design concept is derived from the various design ideas and further developed. The concept is refined through iterative coordination with the customer. The final design is then presented, supported by high-quality renderings, detailed illustrations, and photomontages that make the concept clear and tangible.

Design manual / guidelines

We will work out the final design in detail. A detailed documentation contains all necessary dimensions and precise descriptions of the elements and modules. It serves as a binding basis for later application and implementation in the further course of the project.

Services from tendering to implementation

Technical documentation

We work through the final design constructively right down to the manufacturing level. It is fully described, dimensioned, and elaborated in all relevant details. This technical planning forms the basis for the tender process and for the precise and efficient implementation of the building project.

Specification of services

We prepare a comprehensive specification that covers all relevant aspects regarding the construction of the modules and elements as well as the entire building project. This includes information on quality, relevant standards, work planning and construction, as well as modules, deadlines, and the type and scope of the services to be performed.

Specification sheet

The specification sheet lists all modules and elements in detail, including the respective quantities. This ensures a clear overview and transparency both during the tendering process and during the subsequent execution of the project.

Search for manufacturers

We provide support in identifying and selecting potential manufacturers for the production of the modules and the implementation of the building project. We draw on our network and many years of experience to suggest suitable partners in terms of quality, capacity and technical requirements.

Supporting the tender process

We support the client with our expertise during the tendering phase until the contract is awarded. We provide support in the preparation of tender documents, the evaluation of offers, as well as in answering technical questions, and selecting suitable contractors.

Supporting implementation

We support the implementation of the building project through to commissioning with our expertise and in close consultation with the client and the manufacturer. We ensure that the planning is implemented precisely, coordinate interfaces and provide support with quality assurance and technical coordination throughout the entire implementation process.

Consulting

In addition to direct participation in planning, design and implementation, consulting services are also possible for the entire process as well as for individual components.

Design management

With comprehensive design management, we are able to apply planning and problem solving specifically to products, services, brands, and marketing in order to meet both customer needs and project goals. Our design management covers all design disciplines, including product and graphic design, mobility design, and public design.

Remuneration

All services provided by us are invoiced on a project basis according to service phases or in accordance with the German Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers (HOAI) (LPH 1-9).
